Belong Grow and Serve Video
Thank you to Heather Postma for working with kids from our congregation to capture how people belong, grow, and serve at Fellowship. We used this as the introduction to our congregational meeting.
Meeting Preparation
On April 27, 2025, Fellowship Church will be having lunch together and holding a Congregational Meeting after the second service in the gym (start time approximately 11:45am). If you are unable to attend in person, please join us via Zoom. Click here (link coming soon) to join at 11:45am on Sunday.

Join us for one of our listening sessions where we will have ample time for discussion and take a deeper dive into some of the content prior to the Congregational Meeting. High points include 10 new consistory members, a refresh of last-years strategic plan with gathered & scattered initiatives, and a 7% budget increase for giving over our projection for this year. This is the best place to bring your feedback, questions, and concerns.

Our consistory is set up with a Ministry Leadership Council (MLC) and Care Leadership Council (CLC). The MLC is a similar to boards you might find in non-profits. They oversee the direction of the church. The CLC cares for the financial, spiritual, and physical needs of the church.

BiGS stands for Belong, Grow, and Serve = impact. The BiGS roadmap is a way to live into our mission, vision, and values by naming goals and a direction for the coming years that helps to meet needs that have been identified through survey data of the congregation along with data from our community and world.

The Human Resources Team did a comprehensive study of each staff position and comparable pay rates and is recommending a one time adjustment to ensure that each staff member is receiving a fair wage.
