Our Shared Pastoral Leadership Model

At Fellowship we have three pastors who collectively facilitate the leadership with equal authority; a shared leadership model. Each pastor takes on some differing responsibilities with numerous shared responsibilities like preaching, supervision, & counseling. These pastors embody the congregation's commitment to shared ministry & the unique giftings of the Spirit. This model at work is inspired by God in Trinity: unity, diversity, & equality.
