Coming from US-31
Take the Lakewood Blvd. exit and head west on Lakewood. A few miles down the road, Lakewood splits and the right branch remains Lakewood and the left branch becomes Douglas. Stay to the right and follow Lakewood. Five miles down the road, turn right on to 168th Ave. Fellowship Reformed Church (300 N. 168th Ave.) will be on the left hand side. |

Coming from I-196
Take Exit 55 to Holland/Zeeland. Follow Business 196 west until 112th Ave. Turn right on to 112th and then left on to Lakewood Blvd. From here follow the directions in the section above for US-31. | |
